Workshops

Different types of workshops are hosted by Happy Science Temples throughout the year.

In meditation workshops, we learn the purpose and methods for effective meditation. There are different types of techniques, such as the "Four Stage Meditation", the "Meditation of the Great Ocean", the "Meditation to Harmonize Relationships" to name a few.

In self-reflection workshops, we take time to reflect on our life to be able to refine ourselves and improve our relationship with others. We also practice self-reflection to discover what it is that is holding us back from becoming successful.

These workshops teach you the actual methods and give you a chance to ask questions on how to go about practicing them in daily life.
